The second floor ballroom of KSU's student center buzzed with energy friday night as the Kent African Student Association presented it's annual Africa Night. This year's event lasted from six thirty to ten thirty p.m. and was called 'A Time to Reconnect.' Guest speakers from around the world, dancers, musicians and designers gave students a closer look into African culture and its roots. TV2's Elizabeth Blosfield has the story.
